How do you express anger without becoming aggressive or damaging you professional image?

The key is to separate the emotion from the behavior from your feelings.

If you feel the need to express your anger to another individual, there are constructive ways to do so. Be direct and specific in your communication. Don’t blame others, and be sure to listen to the other individual’s response. Realize that the individual may have views that differ from your own.

Babies may demonstrate signs of autism as early as one month old, according to a new study, published in the September issue of Pediatrics.

Babies who required neonatal intensive care and were later diagnosed with autism had abnormal muscle tone and differences in their visual processing, compared to babies who developed normally after intensive care.

A study released by the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI), reveals that most senior home care clients receive informal care from a spouse or child, and one in six those of those who provide this care experience distress.
